Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Experiential Therapy training and supervision for therapists

Are you interested in improving your overall skills as a therapist? Or would like to learn how to integrate your existing skillset with other approaches?

Would you like to feel more empowered as a therapist and your ability to create meaningful and lasting change?

Do you find that you get stuck with certain clients or client issues, and want to learn effective ways to break out of this?

I am happy to help you improve your skills and learn ways you can continue to provide quality therapy to your clients.

I enjoy integrating other approaches into ISTDP, such as internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing.

Supervision and Training

I offer training and supervision in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy for licensed therapists.

I completed my core training in ISTDP in 2009 at the Washington School Psychiatry (3-year training program under Jon Frederickson) and have done continued training and supervision with Jon Frederickson and Allan Abbass since.

I currently conduct individual supervision in ISTDP, and have taught graduate level courses in ISTDP at Marymount University, and online courses in ISTDP metapsychology and interventions.

I currently conduct both individual and group supervision over Zoom videoconference, thus allowing you more flexibility for scheduling supervision time.

I am a certified for both teaching and supervision by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA).
